Ignore the "Risk" in its title. This is a book about corporate governance. S&P recently launched its own ratings of corporations' governance, so here are about 30 people, mostly affiliated with S&P, writing on corporate governance. The book targets investors or equity analysts, who might use the S&P ratings. Much of the focus of the book is on techniques and issues for rating a firm's governance, but there is plenty of useful information here.
